The registration process is as follows:
Pay vehicle purchase tax:
Submit relevant documents. However, you must bring the first copy of the invoice and the original vehicle certificate of conformity.
Get the registration application and external inspection form:
Fill out the registration application form and bring the certificate of conformity and application form to the Environmental Protection Department for an environmental stamp. Then, take photos, grind the code, and print the vehicle parameter sheet. The original certificate of conformity will indicate whether it has passed the inspection.
External Inspection:
If it passes the inspection, it will be registered. If not, a serial number will be issued.
Submit the vehicle:
The number of the photo taken and the relevant fees.
Register:
Affix the environmental protection card to receive the driving license and vehicle registration certificate.
